Healthcare professionals in the UAE must complete annual Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours to maintain their medical license. Requirements vary by authority — DOH (Abu Dhabi), DHA (Dubai), MOHAP (Northern Emirates), and DHCC (Dubai Healthcare City) — and by profession: physicians need 40 hours, nurses 20 hours, and allied health 10 hours per year.
